Designing products for the long run — on screens and on trails

Here’s more details about what to expect:

  • Life is short and so was our release cycle this time.
  • A new month a new release. We’ve catered to a lot of change requests and fixed a lot of bugs.
  • Economy is turbulent all over the world, and turbulence pervades. While we are toiling to ensure business as usual for our clients, we have also cooked something fresh and new.
  • That feeling in monsoons when you can smell the fresh brew of coffee! New features give a similar feeling. Isn’t it?
  • Another regular release, includes a lot of client requested customisations and bug fixes. Creates a nice base for a few interesting features coming up next.
  • We followed a Lean sprint just like how we follow the diet to gain the Lean muscles! And the results are fabulous. Jump into the rosy details below.
  • This was a quick release where we fixed another set of critical crashes and reporting issues.
  • Just like we retrospect our goals, we retrospect the sprints closely and brought in changes. Look through the flowery results.
  • We danced through the bugs and the support tickets to go Absolute ZERO on Fresh desk tickets! We even received Amazon vouchers from the founder as appreciation. Yay! Glance through the details.
  • Switching between work and life, odd and even sprints, here we are back with a routine release before we all go off for Thanksgiving & Christmas vacation. Note that AppStore vacation starts from — .
  • We had an smooth sprint since code optimisation has been the goal. We have cleaned up the most recent modules and optimised the sql queries. We also had an all-hands-testing and fixed the minor bugs. Here’s a report.
  • New month, new day, new goals, new wish lists, & clear backlogs. We had a enjoyable backlog grooming session with the stakeholders and the PM. Deep-cleaning the Product backlog was never this fun!
  • The virus seem to have attacked few of our team mates. We had a hunky-dory sprint! Fleshing out the details below.
  • Excited sprint after the holidays! A little mushy here and these but here we are all binding the to-do lists together with a pat on our back.
  • Its Scorpion season! Amongst all the b-day parties and hungover nights, we were not so generous with sprint goals. But, we did have a great time bonding and yet met the goal we all agreed to. Learning: Celebrate little wins!
  • All work & no play makes Jack a dull boy, isn’t it? We have a team-outing starting from — until -. We will soon be back with a bang! Hence priorities are crisp & clear. Stringent on the sprint goals since its a 1w. Here you go.
  • A plethora of high priority bugs were addressed this sprint since it was a Bug sprint.
  • The long time crush which was in ‘Unable to reproduce’ column i.e., App crash on reports has been fixed and pushed to Production! Yay!
