  1. Equal pay based on skillset only with zero gender bias.
    Here’s the reference for the 2023 status.
  2. A folder structure visual/mind map for best practices like folder structures/PR/Jira etc. One mind map explaining what’s appreciated & defining the expectation with the vision, mission, & values of the organisation.
  3. Vision & Mission to be on these lines: “Your code & ethics matter, NOT your IP address”.
  4. Bring in an Idea Generation board (for all products/domains) so that every employee contributes to building the product irrespective of their speciality.
    Inspiration: That’s the best part of being in Gaming because your house-help’s opinions while playing the game go as feedback while designing the game mechanics with the same importance given to a QAs/Devs/PMs opinion.
  5. Fitness/hobby/art classes are being reimbursed partly or fully based on their timely achievements with proof.
  6. Giving ratings/reviews with notes after working with a teammate to gather them for quarterly reviews.
  7. Provide quarterly raises of 5/10/15k based on performances to update the CTC. 
    Quick feedback brings in improvements & people appreciate them
  8. “All work & no play makes Jack a dull boy” themed games — I loved the remote games played by various teams across timezones during the pandemic. Used to be tech + general ones by the HRs. A question is asked be it a logo/quiz, entire team types & first correct one wins publicly. We won Amazon coupons for it.
    Reference: We used the same analogy in sprint retrospectives to improvise the process during all of our first remote-work set-up collaborations.
  9. Build a fit-employee culture. Because fit people bring in productivity, & innovative ideas to stand out of the crowd + connect with users better. Who knows we could test an in-house-fitness product & build-in public or bring in stress-free work environments & lead as an example for the entire world.
