One-stop shop for Cyclists banter

This is how my Product Backlog would look like —

  1. Bicycle rental services with a minimum hourly rate
  2. Thrift shop for cyclists from various brands across the world
  3. Start the inventory from the ones who have put them up for sale
  4. Subscription for Cycle service for every ‘x’ miles/kms logged on Strava & tagging the nearest/favourite service
  5. Commission from the stores for frequent customers
  6. Nutrition for long-distance cycling content can get good traction
  7. Commute for work + Train for specific events
  8. Twitter banter & spaces with fellow athletes
  9. Coach & triathletes, marathoners, cyclothons, cycling treasure hunts
  10. 1-on-1, group, free + paid courses
  11. Sport-related merchandise guidance like — swim suites, open water goggles, fins, padded shorts, jerseys, gloves, helmets, bottles, tri suits, saddle bags, puncture kits, wrt durable brands try-and-buy stores
  12. Winners based on participants from the events or pick top performers from local leaderboards segment-wise
  13. Video Reviews from people whose illnesses have reversed to being healthy & fit across age groups
  14. Athletes’ Strava leaderboard (group) on Strava #branding for sponsored profiles
  15. Branding & promotions helping the upcoming campaigns
  16. Enrol to become a coach on a brand platform
  17. Reuse + recycle as you upgrade
  18. Community building
  19. Guide to investing in a new cycle, prepping for a race, avoiding injuries, etc will be helpful for the audience
