- Koramangala has a special place in my heart. I ’ve a soft corner for Indiranagar well! Every street of Bangalore has a story of me. The fights, struggle, the friday nights from work, the happy moments!
- Be with people that you’ve not been with before.
- Look for friends who ask — “How can I help you become successful?”
- Don’t be a part of the crowd by sitting behind the computer all day. I love networking & creating my own brand by approaching people myself. I don’t have a marketing manager for myself. Always stand out.
- Make sure one day your future interviewer you will say — “I know her. I’ve met her 5 years ago & I know that she can do this job well. There’s no need of an interview.”
- Be curious. Success is 70% of your skills, 20% from networking & 10% from your formal education.
- Don’t let others draw out possible negative futures for you. Eg: “You won’t amount to anything in life”. “If you don’t get married at a certain age, its end of your life”. If they do, its their reflection on you. They are throwing away their insecurity towards you because you cant fight back with an elderly person. Its an adult form of bullying.
- If I was an influencer & when someone asks me — How do you handle hate online or bullying on social media? My response would be — “Have you not met my family yet?”
- Any experience is a good experience. Don’t name them as good or bad. When given an opportunity, do your best so that its done better than anyone else.
- Create your personal brand. Your personality creates your brand. Your thinking & character creates your personal reality.
- Do things out of your comfort zone. Challenge your mind & body.
- Hang out with positive people who bring in the ray of hope & are also struggling to make a mark.
