• Wait for someone who feels like sunshine just by holding their hand.
• Wait for the man who will laugh with you and kiss you on your forehead when I get hit on and say — “What can I say, you’re beautiful.” Ladies, wait for THAT man.
• Someone who believes that you have the courage to believe that you are deserving of everything you desire, that you are capable and worthy of curating the kind of life for yourself that sparks something within you.
• Someone who feels like cloud nine just by hugging them. Wait for that person.
• Wait for someone who is ready to do the dishes and laundry if you are tired.
• Wait for someone who makes you realize that endings are actually beautiful beginnings. Because when you finally meet the one, you’ll forget about those painful goodbyes. And you’d start to remember how incredible it is to love all over again. Wait for that person.
• Someone who finds the fire inside of you — I hope you are never let convenience, or comfort, or the easiness of standing still put it out.
• Wait for someone who sees your imperfectly beautiful soul and not just your gorgeous physique. Someone who loves and keeps on choosing you because it’s you and nobody else. Wait for that person.
• Wait for someone who says that its fun eating takeout on the couch than you do dining out at a five-star restaurant.
• Wait for someone who is ready to eat icecreams if you see them in your dream at 2:00 am.
• Wait for someone who responds to every text of yours and never makes you feel ignored.
• Wait for someone who is keen on your bucket list and makes them a reality together. Eg: Shalin Kungfu School in China, Handstands across the Pyramids, Mt.Everest Base camp, etc.
• Wait for someone who treasures your casual handwritten notes, post-its, and cards more than the most expensive thing they’ve ever given you
• Wait for someone who can also make you go crazy and wild. Someone who can put up with your weirdness and get along with you so well. Because finding someone who’s willing to be flexible for you is rare to find. Wait for that person.
• Wait for someone who upsets you and at the same time, scared to lose you. Someone who’s just a mere human being who commits mistakes, but always makes an effort to not give you up. Someone who will choose you over their ego, without a doubt. Wait for that person.
• Wait for someone whom you can live without, but choose not to. Someone you want to spend the rest of your life with. Because waiting for true love is something you choose for yourself; a decision you made for yourself. It is an act of having faith in God’s plan while preparing yourself for it. And when the right time comes, you’ll know it for sure.
• Find the kind of love that makes you a softer person. The kind of love that makes you want to be a better man or woman, the kind of love that believes in you and supports you, that stands by your side.
• True love is someone who’s more than those butterflies in your stomach; because true love is someone who embodies different kinds of feelings, emotions, and experiences in one person. And that someone will change your life in a way you never saw will happen.
• Wait for someone who never gets bored of hanging out with you.
• Wait for someone who quickly becomes your favorite thing — someone who makes the fall less fearful, someone you can’t help but choose every single day.
• Someone who tastes like cotton candy the moment their lips touch yours.
• Wait for someone who finds acceptance. The kind that rings through your bones, the kind that quiets the voice inside of you that tells you that you are not good enough, or that you are falling behind.
• Wait for someone who finds the kind of moments that take your breath away. The kind of moments that change you. I hope you go to concerts that ring through your bones and make you feel alive.

• Wait for someone who connects with the small things — I hope you look at someone mid-conversation and you feel your stomach surge with the feelings you have for them.
• I hope you surround yourself with the kinds of friends that encourage your spontaneity, that is always there for you. I hope you live.
• But most of all, I hope you find yourself out there. I hope you figure out your heart, I hope you figure out your mind. I hope you learn how to be kind to yourself, how to embrace the journey you are on. I hope you learn how to be proud of the person you are becoming, I hope you learn how to be proud of where you are — even if it isn’t exactly where you want to be.
• I hope you learn to fall in love with the process, with the messiness of life and the confusion of it. At the end of the day, I hope you find what you’re looking for out there. I hope your life inspires you.
• Wait for someone who will make simple moments feel celestial.
• Wait for someone who makes your grocery shopping adventurous.
• Wait for someone who will crave to know the deepest corners of your mind.
• Wait for someone with you can hang out in silence without feeling weird about it.
• Wait for someone with whom you can listen to the old music and enjoy the lyrics.
• Wait for someone with whom you can do your tax calculations and savings.
• Wait for someone with whom you can share your EMIs and also the vacations.
• Wait for someone who allows you to sleep on their lap to listen to your whims and fantasies.
• Wait for someone who can be your boxing partner for all the jab and cross, attack and defense, elbow and knee and punches.
• Wait for someone to collaborate with you for a dance and upload the same on your YT channel.
• Wait for someone who will accept you as a junior chef in the kitchen while experimenting new dishes online.
• Wait for someone who ensures they hug you when you feel cold under the blanket.
• Wait for someone who works out with you, sets goals and smashes them with you.
• Wait for someone who paces with you in every marathon you run.
• Wait for someone who, even when they have nothing to talk about, will take up space in your mind through a conversation with your eyes.
• Wait for someone who will want to stare at you like artwork worth millions.
• Wait for someone who agrees to go to cosplay at every comic-cons and to click multiple pictures.
• Wait for someone who is ready to swim with you anytime you call them.
• Wait for someone who screams your name from the audience when you are rocking a dance or a stage performance.
• Wait for someone who applies for a day’s leave just to spend some quality time with you.
• Wait for someone who will despise Sunday nights, because the thought of not seeing you on Monday will be so difficult.
• Wait for someone who will be proud of every good thing that happens to you — someone who will celebrate little accomplishments to make you feel exceptional.
• Wait for someone who does partner stretches with you and pushes you beyond your limit.
• Wait for someone whose gentle arms you can collapse and cry into, whose strong arms you can run and rejoice in.
• Wait for someone who listens to your heartbeat every time you hug them for minutes.
• Wait for someone who will understand you better than you understand yourself.
• Wait for someone who will always make you a priority.
• Wait for someone who, in a loud room, brings you peace through their presence.
• Wait for someone who texts you for suggestions before they present the plans in front of a group.
• Wait for someone who’s ready to play in the rain with you in the terrace.
• Wait for someone who admires your flaws, who keeps falling in love with them, because those were the reasons they fell in love with you in the first place.

Until then, wait for that person. I hope you show the world what you can do with all of that passion inside of you. Nothing is more beautiful than loving someone who builds you a home in their heart. Truly. I hope you don’t hold back. There is so much to feel in this world. I hope you feel it all.

Wait for the right person, even if it takes months, years, or decades.
